TechSci work with clients who outsource the entire market study which could range from market size estimation, opportunity assessment, competition intelligence, benchmarking studies, market growth and forecasts, policy & regulatory landscape, concept testing studies, price elasticity testing, consumer satisfaction studies, etc. The time period of these studies can range from a week to couple of months, which are determined by the effort estimation and complexity of the study.

A proposal outlining details of scope, methodology, timelines and costs is submitted for each request.

In a typical custom research project the recommended methodology for this study will be Primary Research followed by exhaustive Secondary Research.

Phase 1: TechSci Research will try to understand the position of Client and its products market by conducting a survey with Product Category Manager which would help in understanding the products portfolio, current approach to market, internal objectives and pain points.

Phase 2: Once the Consultant has understood the current structure and position of Client products and services in detail then TechSci Research will design a questionnaire for targeted stake holders involved in clients target market. Below mentioned is a dummy sample size that would be followed.

Then Client would be required to review the questionnaires and provide the feedback based on which final modifications would be done in the questionnaire before initiating the field work. Phase 3: Exhaustive secondary research will be carried out during this phase with the help of various financial reports and proprietary databases. In addition, the survey results will be analysed using SPSS software and other analytical tools again depending upon the study requirement to drive meaningful results based on which data triangulation and market engineering would be performed to generate meaningful and actionable insights.

During this phase an interim report will also be shared with the client on which client would be required to provide a feedback. This exercise provides reassurance to the client that the final research deliverable will be provided as per the client need and expectations.

Phase 4: TechSci Research will analyse survey results with the help of data generated through its proprietary database and prepare final MS-PowerPoint report with strategic recommendations which will be presented by TechSci Research Industry Consultant to the client’s management in client’s office. During this presentation Consultant will explain the methodology following by key insights and identified opportunities.
