Arizona Polymer Flooring acquires Super-Krete International

United States: Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF), a US-based provider of high-performance flooring products and concrete coating systems, has acquired Super-Krete International, a manufacturer of high-quality concrete repair and restoration materials. Super-Krete provides waterproofing, repair, restoration, as well as beautification materials for residential and commercial projects. APF manufactures flooring products and systems, mainly for the industrial markets, including aircraft hangars, auto maintenance areas, food and beverage processing facilities, health care facilities, as well as other sectors that need high-performance solutions. The current decorative products line of Arizona will be integrated with the Super-Krete brand and with this strategic move APF plans to reinforce its market standing in the decorative concrete market. The company will launch its full line of products and systems to Super-Krete's current customer base. At present, APF has manufacturing facility in US, while, Super-Krete runs two manufacturing facilities in California and Texas.
