On 15th July 2025, KSH INFRA, a one of the leading
industrial and logistics infrastructure developer in India, has announced the
launch of its second industrial park in Tamil Nadu. Located in Oragadam, one of
the state's most prominent industrial corridors, the new facility marks a
significant step in bolstering the region's manufacturing and logistics
infrastructure.
The Oragadam Industrial Park spans 55
acres and is strategically positioned near major transportation links,
including Chennai’s seaports and airport, making it an ideal hub for industries
seeking efficient connectivity. The park is designed to cater to a wide range
of sectors, including automotive, electronics, engineering, logistics, and
warehousing.
This project is part of KSH INFRA’s
broader expansion strategy to meet the growing demand for high-quality,
compliant, and sustainable industrial infrastructure across India. The company
has already developed over 2.5 million square feet of Grade-A industrial and
logistics space and is actively expanding its footprint in key industrial hubs
such as Pune, Chennai, and NCR.
The Oragadam park is expected to offer
both ready-to-use industrial buildings and built-to-suit options, providing
flexibility for businesses of all sizes. The facility will incorporate
sustainable design features, including solar power integration, rainwater
harvesting systems, and energy-efficient building materials, aligning with KSH
INFRA's commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
KSH INFRA officials highlighted the
importance of Tamil Nadu as a preferred investment destination due to its
investor-friendly policies, skilled workforce, and well-developed
infrastructure. Oragadam, in particular, is already home to numerous global and
domestic companies, making it a thriving industrial base.
The new development is projected to
generate significant employment opportunities, both during the construction
phase and in its operational lifecycle. It will also contribute to the local
economy by supporting ancillary industries and fostering supply chain
efficiency.
Speaking about the launch, Mr. Aniket
Patil, Director at KSH INFRA, said, "We are excited to deepen our presence
in Tamil Nadu with our second industrial park. Our aim is to create world-class
infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of industries while promoting
sustainable development."
The launch of this park reflects the
growing investor confidence in Tamil Nadu’s industrial potential and aligns
with the state government's vision of positioning itself as a leading
manufacturing and logistics hub in Asia.
With this new
facility, KSH INFRA reinforces its role as a key enabler of India’s industrial
growth, offering modern, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions
that meet the future needs of businesses.
