Filtration Group Corporation Agreed to Acquire Industrial Filtration Business of MAHLE GmbH

Texas: Filtration Group Corporation, a US based filter manufacturing company, has agreed to acquire industrial filteration business of MAHLE GmbH, a German based auto parts maker. The deal is expected to boost the industrial filtration business of Filtration Group. This acquisition will aid the Filtration Group to improve its expertise, innovation, and customer base across three primary segments which including air filtration, fluid filtration and internal combustion engine. Filteration Group Corporation is a US based company involved in manufacturing and supplying various filteration products to serve HVAC, liquid and safety, industrial market. This acquisition will expand the presence of Filteration Group in Europe and Asia-Pacific and increase the number of employees by 900 with world-class production facilities in Netherlands, Romania, US, Germany, France and China.

TechSci Research depicts that the acquisition of MAHLE’s industrial filtration business by Filtration Group would expand the product portfolio and customer base of Filtration Group. Moreover, the companies would be able to utilize their existing marketing and distribution channels more effectively. Also, the filters are widely used in automotive industry which will thus boost the air filter market as well.
