Brazil: Oxiteno, a subsidiary of Ultra Group, a Brazil based manufacturer of surfactants and chemicals and Ashland Inc., a US based provider of speciality chemical solutions announced their partnership involving sale of respective speciality chemicals to the agricultural sector. The agreement covers emerging markets in South America and Asia. As per the deal, both the companies will offer technology products and services to customers helping them to face the challenges that come across in agribusiness. As per the Group Vice President of Ashland’s Consumer Specialities business, Mr. James Mish, it is vital to ensure timely and effective delivery of active components to enhance performance in the agricultural sector.
