Stepan Company Plans to expand Polyester Polyol Facility in Poland

Poland: Stepan Company, a US based specialty and intermediate chemicals manufacturer, is planning to increase its polyester polyol production capacity in Brzeg Dolny, Poland. As a part of expansion program, a new reactor would be added to the existing polyol polymer manufacturing facility. The expansion in production capacity of polyol polymer would support the growth of Stepan Company in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers businesses and would help the company in addressing the polyol polymer needs of its European customers. The expansion is a part of growth strategy, manufacturing and technical centers in Americas, Asia and Europe would help the company in improving its customers reach and distribution across the globe. The new expanded facility would provide various test & production equipment to support the customers of the company.

TechSci Research depicts that the expansion of the polyester polyol manufacturing facility in Poland would strengthen Stepan Company’s position in the construction chemicals business, wherein polyester polyol is utilized for manufacturing coatings adhesives sealants and elastomers.
