Performance Materials, a US based manufacturer of polyurethane, has completed
the acquisition of the spray foam division of Quadrant Urethane Technologies
for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Quadrant Spray Foam, which

division. Accella would leverage the broad array of innovative products offered

would enable Accella Performance Materials to enhance the Polyurethane Systems
division of the company and maintain its position as an industry leader in building
and construction materials, which is the one of the largest end user
application of polyurethane foam.
