United States: Accella Performance Materials, a US based manufacturer of polyurethane, has completed the acquisition of the spray foam division of Quadrant Urethane Technologies for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Quadrant Spray Foam, which manufactures spray foams for insulation application, would enable Accella to expand its product portfolio in the spray foam system division. Accella would improve its presence in the foam insulations market. Post the acquisition, Robert Jamieson, owner of Quadrant Spray Foam would lead Accella’s spray foam division. Accella would leverage the broad array of innovative products offered by Quadrant to expand its presence in the North America spray foam insulation sector.
