Asahi Kasei launched Mexican Subsidiary for Plastic Compounds

Kasei Chemicals Corporation, a chemicals manufacturer based in Japan, has launched
Asahi Kasei
Plastics Mexico, its subsidiary for technical and
sales support for plastic compounds business in Mexico. The newly launched
subsidiary would be controlled by Asahi Kasei Plastics North America (APNA), the North American subsidiary of
Asahi Kasei Chemicals. Mexican Subsidiary has been established to provide
plastic compounds to the manufacturing facilities based in United States,
Europe and Japan. The newly launched Mexican subsidiary, would offer sales and
technical support of Thermylene PP, Leona PA66, and other performance plastic
compounds. The company has compounding facilities and sales office in Japan,
China and ASEAN countries, North America and Europe.
TechSci Research depicts that the inauguration of new facility in Mexico
would enable Asahi Kasei Chemicals to strategically improve its presence in the
global plastic compounds business. Additionally, the launch of this new
facility is expected to generate high demand for masterbatch in North
America.
