June 22, 2025 – Middle East and North
Africa — Zoho Corporation, a leading global technology firm, has announced the
launch of Zia Hubs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Integrated within Zoho WorkDrive, the company’s secure content collaboration
platform, Zia Hubs is designed to help businesses extract actionable
intelligence from unstructured data and activate it seamlessly across their operations.
Built on Zia, Zoho’s proprietary
artificial intelligence (AI) engine, Zia Hubs allows organizations to connect
diverse content types—including documents, spreadsheets, audio, video, and
more—with Zoho’s extensive suite of business applications. This innovation
delivers intelligent insights, advanced AI agent capabilities, and unified,
context-aware search, creating a smarter way for teams to organize, search, and
utilize data.
Approximately 80% of business data
remains unstructured—existing in formats like emails, social media posts, PDFs,
audio recordings, and video files. Commenting on the launch, Hyther Nizam,
President, Middle East and Africa at Zoho, noted, “In dynamic and rapidly
growing economies such as those in the MENA region, the ability to leverage AI
to unlock the hidden value in business content can significantly improve
decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. With Zia Hubs
deeply integrated across our ecosystem, customers are empowered to put their
data to work in ways unmatched by any other platform.”
With Zia Hubs, businesses can centralize
team or project-specific content into dedicated hubs. The system automatically
structures the content, preserving the original context with headings, visuals,
and linked references. For media files such as audio and video, Zia generates
searchable transcripts and identifies key moments tied to relevant
topics—making navigation and retrieval fast and efficient.
Users can pose complex queries and
receive cited responses that pull from across various content formats. Whether
referencing a legal document, financial spreadsheet, or customer support
transcript, Zia provides answers linked directly to the original source,
ensuring traceability and accuracy. Integration with Zoho Flow enables the
automation of file routing into relevant hubs, allowing for continuous analysis
and updates.
Crucially, Zia Hubs also supports
integration with third-party services such as DocuSign, RingCentral, and Zoom,
extending its intelligence capabilities to external content sources and
enabling unified content management across platforms.
The launch of Zia Hubs represents a
significant step in Zoho’s broader AI strategy, which focuses on developing
context-aware intelligent agents that can interact with content across its 55+
business applications. Future updates will include the ability to identify
structured data within unstructured files and activate specialized agents to
trigger tailored business workflows.
Zia Hubs will be available in Zoho
WorkDrive by the end of Q3 2025 and will integrate fully with tools such as
Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Flow. Businesses across the UAE,
Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the wider region are now well-positioned to transform
raw content into strategic intelligence and drive enhanced decision-making
through AI-enabled operations.
