Apollo Radiology International (ARI), a subsidiary of the Apollo Hospitals Group, has acquired the radiology reporting division of InHealth Group, a leading UK-based provider of diagnostic and healthcare services.

New Delhi:  This strategic acquisition positions ARI to expand its operations significantly, with projections to handle over two million scans annually across 24 countries and serve over 200 healthcare organizations worldwide. In the UK, ARI aims to strengthen its partnership with the National Health Service (NHS), broadening its radiology reporting services to a larger network of NHS partners.

Dr. Sreenivasa Raju Kalidindi, CEO and Medical Director of ARI, emphasized the significance of the acquisition: "This acquisition extends ARI's ongoing commitment to the UK health sector. As a global exam delivery partner of The Royal College of Radiologists and a recruitment partner of NHS England, ARI has supported the NHS through academic and training initiatives and radiologist recruitment programs for over eight years."
