Apollo Radiology International Acquires UK-Based InHealth Limited’s Radiology Reporting Division
Apollo Radiology International (ARI), a
subsidiary of the Apollo Hospitals Group, has acquired the radiology reporting
division of InHealth Group, a leading UK-based provider of diagnostic and
healthcare services.
New
Delhi: This strategic acquisition positions ARI to
expand its operations significantly, with projections to handle over two
million scans annually across 24 countries and serve over 200 healthcare
organizations worldwide. In the UK, ARI aims to strengthen its partnership with
the National Health Service (NHS), broadening its radiology reporting services
to a larger network of NHS partners.
