Air Purifier Launched by Intex Technologies

India: Homegrown consumer durables and mobile phone maker Intex Technologies entered into the air purifiers segment. The company has launched Good Air model, in 4 variants, AP 215, AP 330, AP 380 & AP 450. These air purifiers will be available exclusively on Amazon.

The key features include technology of UV Sterilization which helps in eliminating bacteria and viruses and also removes up to 99.99% of Allergens, Pollen, Clinging odors and Fine Dust, thus purifying the polluted air. The Air purifier has a Pre-Filter, along with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor) dust collection technology and an in-built ionizer which stops larger particles. In the high-end models, consumers will be able to view real-time PM2.5 digital display which enables to gauge pollutants levels in the room. The air purifiers will cater to room sizes from 250 sq. ft. up to 500 sq. ft. and for convenience can be operated through a remote control.

According to TechSci Research, the poor air quality inside and outside leads to major respiratory problems for which Air Purifiers are gaining popularity and being accepted and installed, the entrance of Intex into the air purifier segment is driven by consumer demand to live smart and breathe fresh.
