Sweden: AxFlow AB, a Sweden based
distributor of industrial fluid handling equipment, has successfully acquired
Esspump AB and has become the largest distributor of positive displacement
pumps in Sweden. AxFlow is working for various pump manufacturers such as Mono,
Nash, Waukesha, Hermetic, Blackmer and Maag. With this acquisition, the AxFlow
portfolio would include equipment from Wilden, Almatec, OBL, Mouvex, System One
and Quattroflow as well. AxFlow and Esspump AB are well known for their products
technology and application knowledge globally. This acquisition would assist in
creating a stronger market position for AxFlow globally which is currently one
