Borealis Announced to Acquire mtm Plastics and mtm Compact

Europe: Borealis, one of the leading providers of innovative and novel solutions, which deals in base chemicals, polyolefin and fertilizer business has announced to acquire the mtm plastics, a plastic recycler. Mtm Plastics which based in Germany, is specialized in producing post-consumer polyolefin recyclates and recycling the post-consumer plastic waste. A great business opportunity within a broader sustainability agenda has been provided by plastic recycling in a developing market as disposal of plastics in landfills is too prized.

TechSci Research depicts that acquisition of the mtm plastics and mtm compact is expected to strengthen the business of Borealis by mechanically recycling the post-consumer waste and thereby tackling the major global challenges in the country.
