M. Holland Accomplished the Acquisition of Able International Corp. and Tril Export Corp.

Puerto Rico: M. Holland, a US based, global plastic resin distributor, has completed the acquisition of Puerto Rico based Able International Corp. and Tril Export Corp.,. Both the acquired companies are involved in the distribution of plastic resin and are sibling companies. Tril Export Corp. has a strong reach in the Caribbean region and also caters to clients in Central and South America whereas Able International has a strong hold over customers in Puerto Rico which would strengthen the market penetration of M. Holland in Latin America by building the extensive distribution network in the region. Both the acquired companies has annual sales of around USD72.5 million. Post-acquisition Able International Corp. and Tril Export Corp. would continue to operate in from their headquarters situated in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
