Reliance Industries Ltd. collaborates with Star Cotspin Limited
India: Reliance
Industries Limited, an India based
manufacturer of synthetic fibres has collaborated with India
-based one of the well-established manufacturers and exporters of sewing
threads, that is Star Cotspin Limited. Gunjan Sharma, the Business head of
Polyester Staple Fibres Business of Reliance Industries Limited and S K
Chhajer, CEO of Start Cotspin Limited signed the agreement. As per the partnership
agreement, Reliance's Recron SHT, which is the world's super high tenacity
fibre, will be used as a basic substrate for polyester sewing threads, which are
produced by Star Cotspin. Post production, the yarn will be cobranded with
Recron SHT and sold off in the market. Apart from branding, Reliance Industries
Limited
will also
provide marketing and technical support to Star Cotspin Limited.

the partnership between Reliance Industries Limited and Star Cotspin will boost
Recron SHT sewing thread's quality and will capture new business opportunities.
The awareness about standardized high quality sewing threads will increase
