Are Automobiles Dependent on Automotive Valves?

Automotive Valves Market

Automotive | Nov, 2017

Vehicles’ performance and responsiveness of different systems directly rest on the automotive valves!!

Let’s start with valves:  Valves are the devices which are utilized for controlling the stream of fluids. These are essentially pipe fittings that have numerous applications. They are utilized as a part of military, commercial, industrial, automobile and residential areas.

Automobile valves are mainly found in engines, brakes, air conditioner. Automotive valves of differed sizes and measurements and are utilized as a part of a wide range of vehicles like cars, trucks, bikes and tractors etc. Overall automotive valves providers are putting forth a wide assortment of auto valves in various materials. Automotive valve can be made from different materials like brass, copper, steel, carbon steel, stainless steel etc.

Normally, an automotive valve size ranges from fractions of inches to 25-30 feet in diameter. It contains two valves intake and exhaust, which are utilized for letting air and fuel blend in and out from the motor chamber. Automotive valve is a design utilized for controlling and managing the stream of air blend. Essentially, car valves are the pipe fittings utilized as a part of different applications, for example, steam motors, diesel motors, petroleum motors.

Market of Automotive Valves is Growing:

Valves increase the efficiency of the vehicle and matches the performance demand of the consumer. There are different types of valves available in the market like EGR Valve, Brake Combination Valve, Solenoid etc. Automotive solenoid valves are utilized as a part of a large portion of the standard vehicles in applications, for example, entryway locks, guiding locks, starter engines and ABS etc. The solenoid valve showcase is relied upon to develop at a higher CAGR when compared with different valves, both regarding quality and volume.

Moreover, the solenoid valve is picking up inclination over different valves as it is quick in operation and reasonable for electronic capacities, for example, entryway bolt and ABS. The car solenoids are required to upgrade the items' properties and their application in car would bring about better nature of motors, expanded mechanization, safety and security application.

Moreover, increase in demand for light weight vehicle components and fuel-efficient vehicles drives the automotive valves market. The automotive valves market is dominated by engine valve in 2016 and is expected to maintain its dominance over the next five years due to rising vehicle production globally.

v  Global Electric Vehicles Sales:

Globally, 90% of the electric vehicles sales are taking place in country like China, United States, Canada, Japan, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France and Sweden. Electric vehicles make up more than 1% of the fleet in seven countries, including China. Norway had the highest share of electric cars, at 23%, followed by the Netherlands, at 10%. The other countries are Sweden, Denmark, France, China and the United Kingdom.

Electric vehicles require components made up with advance technology and light in weight. The manufacturers have developed highly advanced and technological valves for growing electrification in vehicle. Rising demand for electric vehicles globally drives the automotive valves market.

Conclusion: Global Automotive Valves market is projected to grow at a CAGR of over 4% during the forecast period, to reach $ 32.57 Billion by 2022 in value terms backed by growing automotive industry, increasing vehicle production and growing demand for automotive components. The booming automobile sector is contributing significantly to the demand for automobile valves.
