Adwise Analytics and telematics4u entered into partnership to upgrade Out of Home Advertising Displays with Internet of Things

India: Out of Home advertising billboard displays is the traditional marketing tool which is the least technology driven. However, with the emergence of IoT in the market, advertisers are taking advantage of technology to get the maximum return on investment.

Out of home billboard face the challenge of getting torn, electricity lights were not switched on & off on time, and so on.

Adwise Analytics, out-of-home media ecosystem solution provider is attaching sensors and mini-cameras to the billboard display with a cloud based software platform working at the backend.

Each billboard connected to the software platform is assigned a unique number to keep a track of the condition of billboard and electricity & lighting condition. The camera attached to the billboard take pictures of the billboard to ensure it is not torn and is in proper condition as well sensors keep a track of lights on & off timings.

TechSci Research depicts that the increasing IoT application in advertising and media industry, is expected to improve billboards and other out of home displays performance and benefit the brand and media owner.
