authenticity, he also added that KBT Tyres is known for its friendly and
experienced sales team, moreover, its extensive dealership network covers the entire
country, due to which KBT would able to offer the required guidance & support
in the distribution of OTR & Industrial tires all around Ireland.
According to the company official this
partnership is very valuable and the cooperation between the companies could
help them to gather a long term experience into tire sales and distribution.
According to a recent report published by TechSci Research, “Ireland Tyre Market
Forecast and Opportunities, 2020” with a population size of around 7 million,
the country supports a vehicle motorization rate of around 500 vehicles per
1,000 people as of 2015. The tire market of Ireland has indicated signs of
growth due to the rapid demand of automobile arising from different vehicle
segments of the country. Also, due to lack of domestic automobile production, the
country’s tire market is dominated by replacement tire market.
As per TechSci Research, the country’s domestic
tire demand is completely dependent on the tire imports, which is taking place mainly
from neighbouring European countries. The recent partnership agreement between
both the companies is anticipated to increase the share of Magna Tyres in the
Ireland’s OTR tire market. Moreover, the company is likely to give a
competition to the other premium tire brands selling OTR tires in Ireland.
