Camso expanded its range of OTR Tyres in Atlanta
United States: Camso Inc. showcased its advance
portfolio of telehandler tyres, namely, the Camso TLH 732 and the Camso TLH
753, at the renowned, The Rental Show in Atlanta, which was hosted by the
American Rental Association on 24th Feb. 2016.
As
per the Executive Director (Market Development – Construction, Camso Inc.), David
Fleischhauer, the tyres were launched eventually after the extensive customer
research, scrap pile analysis and on field surveys, specific to equipment
rental businesses in the country. He further stated that the company also
conducted its own scrap pile analysis wherein, the company got to know that
almost 27% of discarded tyres depicted significant damage only to the tread or
sidewalls. So, to enhance the sidewall protection, the company developed an
impact guard, basically, to deflect debris, along with protecting sidewalls and
reduce cracking under stress of a tyre.
The
company, formerly known as Camoplast Solideal, also presented three newly introduced
skid steer loader tyres, i.e. the Camso SKS 732, SKS 775 and SKS 793S as well
as a solid telehandler tyre designed with triangular apertures to improve ride
quality, by the name, the Camso TLH 792S at the event.

As

the company’s presence in US OTR tyre industry, as the company would able to
cater the demand of OTR customers at a significant level. Moreover, with the
advance technological specifications introduced in the tyres, the company would
also give a tough competition to other OTR tyre manufacturers existing in the
country.
