Survey Result Shows Kuldeep Bishnoi As Winning Candidate in Hisar Lok Sabha By-Election Says TechSci Research
Rising scandals, corruption cases and increasing internal bickering in Indian National Congress leaders and Indian National Lok Dal had lead to clear cut win for Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC) leader Shri. Kuldeep Bishnoi.
As per a recent study conducted by a global market research and consulting company TechSci Research, the Hisar by-election will be one sided election in which Kuldeep Bishnoi will emerge as the winning candidate. The survey was conducted in the end of October in Hisar constituency with 1276 registered voters. The result shows 48% voters in favour of Shri Kuldeep Bishnoi, who has managed to grab the majority share with the goodwill of his father Ex-Haryana Chief Minister Late Shri. Bhajan Lal. He was the sitting Member of Parliament from Hisar prior to his sudden death in the month of June 2011 after which Hisar by-elections were announced.
The second most influential candidate emerging in the Hisar by-election is Indian National Lok Dal’s Ajay Chautala the son of Ex-Haryana Chief Minister Shri. Om Prakash Chautala. He managed to get 26% voter in his favour considering the strongest Jat leader in Jat dominated Hisar constituency but it looks like this time election results will not be based on just one factor.
No matter how much Haryana may be growing but common man in Hisar is not very happy with Hooda Government. The INC candidate Shri. Jai Prakash was able to manage just 22% voters in his favour. Jai Prakash has stood as candidate from Hisar in 6 out of 10 parliamentary elections since 1977. He was the president of Lok Dal and Yuva Lok Dal from 1984 till 1990. He was elected to ninth Lok Sabha from Hisar in 1989 as the Janta Dal candidate defeating Indian National Congress candidate Virender Singh.
Due the internal bickering in Haryana Indian National Congress it is expected that party will suffer damage in Hisar by-election. Political analysts believe that earlier also, the differences between the Congress leaders had brought adverse results for party candidates in various elections in the State. Political Analysts are also predicting that due to rising differences among INC leaders, corruption cases and scandals; Kuldeep Bishnoi will emerge as winning candidate in Hisar by-election.
