India: SAP, a market leader in enterprise application software and Tech Mahindra, a software exporter firm enter into a strategic partnership, in order to make a platform named as FEEDS (Fresh Produce End-To-End Digital Supply Chain). The platform is developed in the SAP Co-Innovation Lab.

With the help of FEEDS platform, the user can transform the fragmented physical supply chain into a 'connected intelligent digital supply chain’ for fresh produce and due to which the user can easily maintain & track the freshness at each stage of the supply process. In addition, it will also help in reducing the food wastage.

TechSci Research analyses that the platform would help in developing the digital ecosystem in the large retailers and food suppliers space as well as the unique cloud based offering by the two partners would help in expanding the client portfolio across the globe.
