Kingdom: GAME Digital Plc,
is a British video games retail company has acquired the augmented reality
software company Ads Reality Ltd for up to USD 29 Million. Ads Reality is
providing an augmented reality software for the retail, video game and
entertainment industries.
Earlier, the GAME had only minority
stake of Ads Reality, after this acquisition the company has taken the full
control of business and acquired the trade and assets of Ads Reality. With the
help of this deal the company has getting the ability to launch immersive and
fully integrated offline-online campaigns. Further, it helps in strengthening their
multichannel marketing capabilities along with help in providing the digital
marketing solutions to their partners.
