  • Market Research Analyst – Syndicated Research Team
     
    Description: Job Description: The Market Research Analyst is responsible for the provisions of secondary research reports and custom consulting projects for fortune 500 companies. This position will focus on development and execution of questionnaires and the subsequent report writing and processing of the information garnered.
    • Design/Methodology – Operationalzing research questionnaire, design and administration of questionnaires.
    • Data Management – Quality assurance and management, associated with market research reports.
    • Data Analysis – Data cleaning, weighting, assessments & primary analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, Porter Five Forces Analysis, Market Sizing and much more.
    • Secondary Research – Going through various reports, news articles, company annual reports and paid databases like Factiva to search for the relevant information.
    • Report Writing – Evaluate economic trends, spending habits, and demographics/ firmographics to determine the market trends of the respective sector/industry.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
    Academic Qualification:
    • B-tech or Graduate in any disciple
    • MBA in Marketing Research or Marketing or Finance
  • Manager Business Development – United Kingdom
     
    Description: Job Description: The Manager – Business Development is responsible for the provisions of sales and marketing activities for the syndicated research reports and custom consulting projects for fortune 500 companies in United States. Responsibilities:
    • Prospect new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential
    • Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
    • Implement use of key selling tools, as per Proactive Selling
    • Complete all sales forecasts on time
    • Develop and maintain business plans with team members to achieve renewal and upsell/cross-sell goals
    • Develop value added proposals and pricing sheets
    • Prepare and develop consultative client presentations
    • Prepare necessary paperwork to process new business contracts
    • Coordinate all sales activities associated with primary client accounts with team members
    • Identify and grow contacts within existing client organization at all levels (User to Decision Maker, across departments)
    • Assist Account Team with the development of strategic account plans for all accounts
    • Assist Account Team with the development of Client Service/Implementation Plans
    • Maintain all client contact in CRM system (client contacts, call reports, price quotes, email correspondence, etc.)
    • Travel on average 30% of time
    • Maintain adequate technical/product knowledge
    • Develop and maintain awareness of both the information industry & assigned industry focus \
    • Prepare technical specifications for custom projects
    • Assist with project management for custom engagements, when necessary
    Qualifications
    • BS/BA degree or higher
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Excellent business/analytic writing and presentation skills
    • Previous experience with desk-top analysis/mapping package
    • Previous experience with demographics and/or research databases
    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry, client service or sales experience
