CATI Research (Phone Based Interviews)

All of our telephone research is conducted using high performance Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems. With a team over 65 experienced interviewers with multi-lingual capabilities we can conduct both structured quantitative and in-depth qualitative interviews, globally.
